Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Colorado. I received my Masters in 2008 and have been practicing since. I am honored and enjoy helping adults in individual counseling to navigate various life experiences, stressors and challenges to become a more productive, healthy version of themselves. If we draw a circle around ourselves and then begin working on the person in the middle of that circle, we recognize that is the only person we have control over to make changes, then we begin to grow.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, get some life background information so I can get a good picture of you and what is going on, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with a diverse range of adults facing a variety of life experiences and challenges, I’ve developed a compassionate, supportive, and empathetic approach that fosters personal growth and healthier ways of coping. Clients often value my warm and caring presence, as well as my ability to encourage meaningful change—with a touch of light-hearted humor—to help them navigate life’s difficulties with resilience and hope.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m passionate about working with adult individuals as they navigate the many challenges and transitions that life can bring. It’s a privilege to support adults through individual counseling, helping them work toward becoming healthier, more empowered versions of themselves. Whether facing life adjustments, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, or other stressors, we all sometimes need support and tools to process our experiences and move forward with resilience.
